How to Use ?

  • Place the herbal potali on a hot pan.
  • Sprinkle some fresh water on the pan & dab the potali on it.
  • Apply pain relieving oil (Vajraayu vedanahara taila) on the affected area before using the potali.
  • Use gentle pressure by rolling, dragging & pressing it against the affected areas for 10-15mins.
  • Each Potali can be used 8-10 times, it all depends on for how long you have been using this for every single time.
